Cancellation & Refund Policy

General Policy

  • Cancellations are only accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit date.
  • A 25% cancellation charge will be applied to the total ticket price for cancellations made within the 48-hour window.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of your visit or for no-shows.
  • Partial cancellations or modifications to tickets are not permitted.
  • This policy applies to all ticket types, including individual bookings, and group bookings (Waterpark, Snowpark, adventure park, and amusement park). 

Special Circumstances

In certain unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather closures or park emergencies, Mojoland may offer full or partial refunds at its discretion. Please check our website or contact Guest Services for updates regarding park closures.

How to Cancel

  • To cancel your tickets, please contact Guest Services by phone at +91-705-665-1111 or email at info@mojoland.in during our operating hours.
  • You will need to provide your reservation details, including the name on the reservation and the date of your visit.

Processing Time

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within +91-705-665-1111 business days of your request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
